I believe the best work starts with faith, family, and belief in people. My faith is the foundation for how I try to live and lead—it keeps me grounded, reminds me that there is a purpose bigger than any individual accomplishment, and shapes how I treat others. Family keeps everything in perspective. Success means more when it strengthens the people and relationships that matter most. From there, great leadership is about seeing what someone can become, holding them accountable to that potential, and caring enough to tell them the truth along the way. I try to build trust, be consistent, do what I say I’m going to do, and hold a high standard—starting with myself.
I also believe relationships are the foundation of anything meaningful and lasting. At OG1, that means putting coaches and athletes first and helping them build something bigger than a transaction: their brand, their relationships, their revenue, and ultimately their career capital beyond sports. I value discipline over shortcuts, substance over hype, service over self-interest, and long-term trust over short-term wins. Winning matters, but so does how we win—the people we develop, the families we support, the relationships we build, and the impact we leave behind. If we stay grounded in faith, put people first, keep learning, and consistently deliver real value, I believe the right results will follow.
