George Gregory is a USA Today bestselling author, relationship and leadership speaker, NFL chaplain, and trusted voice helping high-performing leaders build success without sacrificing the people they love.
For more than 16 years, George has equipped couples, professional athletes, coaches, executives, and families with practical strategies for building healthier relationships, navigating pressure, and creating a home life strong enough to sustain a meaningful career. He currently serves as an official chaplain for the Los Angeles Chargers and previously provided marriage support, mentoring, counseling, retreats, and leadership development for the New York Jets and New York Giants.
George is the co-author of The Marriage Game Plan: Developing a Winning Strategy for Marital Success, a USA Today bestseller, and co-founder of Journey for Life, a national marriage ministry. He also hosts The Marriage Game Plan Podcast, where he brings practical, faith-rooted insight to conversations on marriage, family, communication, leadership, and emotional well-being.
With more than two decades of pastoral leadership, George previously led marriage ministry at Saddleback Church and planted a church on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. He holds a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School.
